CHILDHOOD
Kaan Polatoglu, also known as ''#TheDragon'' was born in 2001. He is a former sim racing champion, the youngest driver for GP Garage MyTeam, and a digital artist.
He was born into the motorsport world through his father, a former professional rally driver and the current owner of GP Garage MyTeam. Kaan is proud to be his son and has learned many techniques from him. He collected die-cast models and knows every car model, including their optional parts. His obsession with cars began when he was 4 years old.
SIM RACING
He began participating in Sim Racing in 2011, winning numerous trophies, breaking many records, and securing strong sponsorships. His first racing game was Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec for the PS1, and he played nearly all of the Gran Turismo titles after that. Gran Turismo even invited him to the closed beta test of Gran Turismo Sport. Kaan broke several records in the racing game genre, playing every day and learning more about "car setup customization." He designed his own car liveries, which also sparked his digital art career. Kaan ended his sim racing career by competing in the 2022 World Sim Drift Championship, where he finished in 3rd place. He also participated in the Sim Olympics.
MOTORSPORTS
Motorsports is his passion alongside Sim Racing. As the son of a former professional rally driver, he continues to watch his father's rally onboard footage to learn more techniques.
However, if someone asks him, "What's your favorite motorsport branch?" he immediately responds, "1st is Sim Racing, and 2nd is Rallying."
